Our process:

1. Define

Inclusion Wins explores and extracts the core questions that allow you to clarify your ‘why?’ under-lining the reasons behind the creation of an inclusion system.

Shared aspirations are explored through dialogue. Cultural possibilities surface. And the baseline elements of the company culture are captured.

We seek out and find out the best aspects of your organisation.

2. Discover

Next, we dig into your ‘what?’ - giving energy and life to your employees and all stakeholders.

We do this in co-creation with a group, empowered and charged with examining what is working for the organization; for whom it is working and who it is not.

Each group member is committed to discovering the cultural elements that allow everyone to thrive and fulfill the organizational mission.

3. Dream

After making sense of your current state, we explore the possibilities for the future state. ‘Where?’ do people want to take the culture and what will be different for people when you find yourself there?

Focusing on shared goals and understanding for the future through workshops, connects operations to purpose, tasks to teamwork, and people at previously unjoined levels.

4. Design

Here we turn those dreams into a reality. Formal roles, strategies and channels of communication are established. ”How?” do we get from inception to a co-created future state? Systems are put in place to chart a course towards the pre-agreed goals.

Targets are set, giving an accurate, measurable demonstration of the impact generated by Inclusion Wins on the business.

 

5. Destiny

How do we continually leverage our strengths to deliver on our future aspirations? What are we learning that provides insights towards adjusting and elevating our approaches?
